•1 Onion

•1/2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce And 1/3 Teaspoons White Pepper

•2 Teaspoons Oil

•2 Teaspoons Lao Gan Ma

•1 Cup Vegetables In Fridge


          1. Dice vegetables and chop up the garlic and the onion.
          2. Preheat the wok and add the oil, fry the garlic and onion while the wok over medium heat.
          3. Turn the heat to high and add the vegetable. When the vegetable starts to soften, push them to the edge of the wok, making a hole in the center. Put the rice in there, add 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1/3 teaspoons white pepper, and 2 teaspoons Lao Gan Ma. Give everything a good toss and mix.
          4. Ladle the fried rice into bowls.
