What Special About Claypot Rice?
Claypot rice referred to as bao Zai fan in Cantonese, is a meal. The clay pot (bao Zai) cooked the rice (fan) with managed Chinese sausage or other recommended garnishes, and appeals to diner with the great smoky scent coming from the burnt– however, never ever burnt– rice. There are a few things we like about a great clay pot rice. The smokiness that includes obtaining effectively-prepared over cinders is one. And also, of course, the little layer of charred and crispy little rice adhered to the all-time low of the pot, is the best component of clay pot rice.
